Mindfulness Education

We introduce Mindfulness lessons at an early age in our Prep School, where our students receive mindfulness sessions by teachers trained by MISP (Mindfulness in Schools Project.)

This curriculum helps our pupils to deal with the pressures of life in the 21st century as well as improving concentration, memory, behavioural self- management and relationships with family and friends. Building this awareness in the curriculum allows our students to be more mindful of their feelings, problems and actions, and develops security and confidence in their staff.

Our Adventure Education programme also benefits our pupils in developing an awareness and educating them about their surroundings.
